I am in a long distance relationship and we are about to start planning a wedding. because we aren't able to do the typical wedding folder full of ideas I was wondering if there are any sites that provide services that specialize in this type of wedding planning. she is in Canada and I am in the U.S. the wedding will be in Canada. thanks for any help.
I am sort of in the same boat. I am in MO (where we are having the ceremony/reception) He's in TX, and his family is in MD (where we're having another reception). the best resource is family and friends. before hiring any vendor be sure to check ratings online. if you want to be involved in the planning, you guys should send a lot of emails with links/pictures of what you want. my fiance handled a lot of the online things, like buying the wedding party gifts and plane tickets. if you have any more specific needs as you get closer, let me know!
